OFFICIAL NOTICE GENERAL ELECTION
Tuesday November 5, 2024
I, Felicia Snow, Wayne County Clerk, hereby give notice of the General Election that will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Voter must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate. All eligible voters will receive their ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day.
A sample ballot for the upcoming election may be obtained from the following sources: Wayne County Clerk’s Office, 18 S Main Street, Loa, or by calling 435-836-1300.
Ballot Drop Box Locations & Times
- Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa. October 15-November 5, unattended.
- Lyman Town Hall, 115 S Main Street, Lyman. October 15-November 5, unattended.
- Bicknell Town Hall, 64 W 100 N, Bicknell. October 16-Nov 5 Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Wayne County Travel Center, 45 S SR 12, Torrey. October 16-Nov 5 Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Hanksville Town Hall, 30 S SR 95, Hanksville. October 16-Nov 5 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Early Voting will be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa October 29-November 1 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Election Day voting will be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa November 5, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
A post election audit will be conducted on November 14, 2024 starting at 11:00 AM for anyone desiring to witness the audit in invited to attend. The audit will be conducted at the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 S Main, Loa.
Canvass will be conducted on November 18, 2024 at 10:00.

Voter must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate. Party affiliation may be required to participate in the Special Congressional Primary Election. All eligible voters will receive their ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day.
